Cost to dub 60 minutes a month
Dubbing an hour of video bills twice: the source file is charged on its original duration when transcribed, and the generated dubbing track on its finished duration, so about 120 minutes of credits, roughly $24 at the entry rate.
For speech to text conversion, each audio or video file you transcribe is charged to your account based on the original file duration, in increments…

What the price counts
Commercial capacity is measured by final generated duration, with every created file billed by seconds.
each audio or video you create is charged to your account based on the final duration, in increments of 1 second.

Voices that use more
Charging depends on output length alone, not on which of the 900 voices you pick, so newer or more expressive voices do not drain the allowance faster.
Narakeet bills you for the duration of audio/video files produced. Each file you create is billed to your account in increments of 1 second.

Past your allowance
Additional capacity is sold as non-recurring top-up credit; the stated 30-minute pack costs twenty cents per minute.

Emotion, pace and emphasis
Scripts can set pauses and speed, while the audio interface documents speed, pitch, and volume adjustments.
If any adjustments are necessary, you can modify the speed, pitch, or volume of the voice.
Pronunciation fixes
The script format provides pronunciation control by spelling out selected phrases or symbols in narration.
Just enclose a phrase between two back-ticks (`), and Narakeet will spell it out instead of reading it.
Long scripts and chapters
Long documents are supported as projects, with commercial audio scripts up to 1024 KB and a polling interface built for big conversions; per-line regeneration is not described.
To convert large documents, build audiobooks, or produce uncompressed output for professional videos, use the long content (polling) API.
Audiobook files
The vendor sells audiobook making by name, taking chapters as Word, EPUB or PDF files and returning MP3, WAV or M4A; it names no retail store delivery spec.
Upload your book chapters as Word documents, EPUB files or PDF files to our text to voice tool.
Several speakers
One script can switch voices repeatedly, including dialogue and different language readers within the same file.
You can use it as many times as you like in the script, to switch to a different reader.
Audio you get
Audio can be exported as WAV, MP3, or MP4/M4A; WAV is the vendor’s recommended professional format.
In addition, you can also make MP3 and MP4 audio files with Narakeet.
