How we ranked
The ten products are ordered by what two hours of speech a month cost on the plan named in each verdict, cheapest first. Where a plan counts characters or words, an hour is 52,000 characters or 9,300 words. Four products reach two hours for $0 a month, so price alone does not separate them. Every product here publishes a price, so none is marked quote only.
Before buying, run one of your own scripts through the free plan and see how many characters it counts. Then check what the plan does once you pass its allowance.
