Voices that use more
Cloned and custom voices do not draw on the standard allowance at all; they consume a far smaller separate pool of custom credits, 10,000 on Lite against 700,000 standard, so premium voices run out first.

Past your allowance
No per-character overage rate is published on any subscription: the allowance resets on your own monthly cycle, and extra capacity is bought instead as one-time credit packs that never expire and are drawn on only after the monthly quota is used up, at $15 for 800,000 standard credits, $32 for 2,000,000 standard credits, or $30 for 500,000 custom credits.
Your subscription credits are always consumed first. One-time purchase credits are only used when your monthly subscription quota is exhausted.

Unused credits

The Free plan carries a cross on the 'Unlimited commercial use' row, so publishing is not allowed there; the comparison table ticks that row from Lite ($8/mo) upward, while the Lite plan card itself omits the 'Unlimited commercial rights' bullet that the Plus and Enterprise cards print, so the cheapest plan that unambiguously grants it on its own card is Plus at $13/mo. Emotion, pace and emphasis
You can adjust speech rate, pitch and volume and insert pauses of 0.5 to 5 seconds for logged-in users, but the vendor says pause symbols and rate changes are not possible on cloned voices.

Long scripts and chapters
The ebook converter takes a whole PDF, EPUB, TXT or DOCX of up to 50MB and parses its structure into chapter-based audio, though each individual synthesis request is capped at 20,000 characters.

Audiobook files
The vendor names the output an audiobook, builds it chapter by chapter and offers MP3 or M4B download for offline listening; no retail store such as Audible or ACX is named as a distribution target.

Consent of the voice’s owner
The terms require you to warrant you have clear and valid authorization for any voice that is not your own, but the same document states Luvvoice does not verify that consent, so the rule is contractual rather than checked.

Your voice trains their models
