What the price counts
Usage is metered in characters per month under a fair-use policy, 500,000 on Standard and 700,000 on PRO, with a separate per-voiceover ceiling of 700 words on Standard.
Your STANDARD license can generate up to 500.000 characters per month. If you own the PRO version, the limit is 700.000 characters per month.
Past your allowance
There is no way to buy extra characters: the vendor states the account is limited once the monthly fair-use allowance is spent and the buyer simply waits for the automatic reset.
